At MATTAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MATTAR account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals remain intact.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
